Have you tried port 445?
Is the folder shared to your username?
I created a Folder called scans in the documents folder and shared it with Read & Write Access for my user - labuser
I created a path called Scanned_Stuff within scans and shared it as well.
I provided a screen capture below showing the setup and scans that I have scanned to it.
I can't do 10.9(No reason to have it anymore), but 10.10-10.12 are all working fine

Need help. Always get alert of Error 031-529 Login Failed. Did try to change the login & password many times, but none of them are working.
Login - I use my user name that access to my Mac.
Password - I use the password that related to my user name
Please kindly help to advice what I did wrong.
