CM405 - This printer scans to the folder but it creates a folder with the same name as the file and then puts it in the folder. I do not want it to create a subfolder.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The DocuPrint 4508 Is almost 20 years old and is just a printer. It does not scan that I am aware of. I would suggest you consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Operating System: Windows 10
When scanning from the lcd screen, it scans to our scans folder, but then creates a subfolder of the scan pdf filename and puts the pdf scan into this folder. i.e.
