I would guess that if the card is using LDAP to authenticate, you didn't check the box to personalize the services for the user.

SMB scan with "User logged-in" authentication not working

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

I have created a scan template, that scanning to an SMB share.

The option "Login credetials to access the destitnation" on the WC 7855 is set to "Logged-in user"..

When im trying to scan the error Autentication failed error are printet out...

If i chage the credentials option to "Prompt at user interface" and enter my Active directory username and password it works..

All users is authenticated with access card and we are using Xerox Workplace Suite..

 

Any ideas how to resolve this?
