Your first screenshot shows the sahre is NetScan which is correct, your 2nd copnfirms it is correct, then on the 3rd you made it lower case (wrong), put it in as the path (wrong) and then added a slash to it.

Go back to the original settings that worked, then simply add Inventory WH to the Path (no slashes)

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

Dears,

We have VersaLink B7030. We scan to shared folder as "\\ServerName\Netscan" and it works fine, but wen we scan to the subflolder "\\ServerName\Netscan\Inventory WH" we get an error 018-772

can you helpus please ?
