SMB2.0 not supported

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Hello guys,

i have experiencing a problem making scan to folder to work with smb2.0

i have test it with smb1 and it works fine but i cant make it work for smb2.0

I use a domain user and the folder permisions are fine i have tested out.

But when i try to scan the report printout on status details: File exists or the failure is unspecified

and as status: failed. I check ton of times that the printer support smb2.

Can someone give me a hinch what i am missing in the configuration to make it work?

P.S I change the default 139 port to 445 ( but with neither of them it is working)
