Hi rpantano

It should be. Try posting a scan of the config sheet and I will see if there is something odd about your device. Nothing I can find lists that scan to email is a paid upgrade.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the steps for setting up Scan to Email. Make sure you have all the prerequisites taken care of before you try to set it up.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

SMTP not an option in Centreware for 3210

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi all,

 

I have a 3210 and I am trying to set it up to Scan to Email.  According to the user's guide in the "Setting up an e-mail account" (page 45) it says to go to the machines ip address (done), and "Click on Properties, Protocol, and SMTP Server."  The problem is SMTP is not an option!  What am I missing here?
