I have a 3210 and I am trying to set it up to Scan to Email. According to the user's guide in the "Setting up an e-mail account" (page 45) it says to go to the machines ip address (done), and "Click on Properties, Protocol, and SMTP Server." The problem is SMTP is not an option! What am I missing here?

It should be. Try posting a scan of the config sheet and I will see if there is something odd about your device. Nothing I can find lists that scan to email is a paid upgrade.
