can you please point me to one of those topics where it explains how to use STARTTLS when STARTTLS is not available on the selection menu?

If you search this community for "o365" or "STARTTLS" you will find solutions that helped other users which may help you. Have you checked the Config page for the information you are looking for? To print that, HERE  are the steps.

STARTTLS setting on WC6025

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025

Hi all,

We have a new WorkCentre 6025, and trying to configure it to scan to email with an o365 account.

For o365 to work i need STARTTLS authentication, but in the email setup part of this printer there is no such option.

I have some POP options, and some SMTP AUTH options, but o365 does not work with any of them.

Anyone knows how to setup STARTTLS auth for smtp on this device? Is it possible at all?

Our firmware version is 02.00.02.30.3837, which looks very old, but could not find a newer one on the support page.
