Scan Doesn't work. The OS doesn't recognize the scanner. The scan to pc doesn't work

Product Name: WorkCentre 3315/3325
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

With Windows 10 the following features don't work:

  • Scan to pc FROM PC
  • Scan to pc FROM XEROX

Win 10 doesn't recognize the scanner.

I can only print.  

Any solution?
