Hello Community. I have this Issue and don't know if is the lamp or an configuration fail. I'ts like a lamp don't read from the origin corner, and show a big black frame, but the lamp have all the light on.
When I scan anything, have the photo attached result (I hope you can see it).
I need buy something, replace something, reinstall firmware, or any other thing else.
