Scan to email option is not working on our printer.
We are able to ping ,trace and telnet our SMTP server without any issues.
Please guide us further,below are the error details

one or more messages were not sent .device could not transfer messages to the sending mail server (smtp).see your systems adminiistartor
Update the firmware
Run the trace, do a scan, stop the trace and download it, open in Wireshark, filter for SMTP and discover where/why it fails
