WE have XeroxWorkCenter 5945,
We want to configured "Scan To E mail" ability for Users that mean when we go to Physical Printer, "Scan" => "New Recipient", it will allow user to search their email to pull from the Server.
We are using Outlook 365 Cloud.

SMTP settings give you the ability to send an email.
LDAP (which you do not have) gives the ability to search your LDAP directory, which you don't have through Office 365 because Office 365 does not have one.
Until you have an LDAP server, or find out the info to access whatever one you may have that is not Office 365, you cannot do what you want to do.
