whay do you mean? you can just create users with an email address in the addressbook

You are still confusing the terms
SMTP settings give you the ability to send an email.
LDAP (which you do not have) gives the ability to search your LDAP directory, which you don't have through Office 365 because Office 365 does not have one.
Outlook is just a program, in this case the Outlook365 is your email program, that sends, and receives email from your Office 365 email server.
Until you have an LDAP server, or find out the info to access whatever one you may have that is not Office 365, you cannot do what you want to do.

WE have XeroxWorkCenter 5945,
We want to configured "Scan To E mail" ability for Users that mean when we go to Physical Printer, "Scan" => "New Recipient", it will allow user to search their email to pull from the Server.
We are using Outlook 365 Cloud.
Any Mistake, Please forgive.
