Hi,

You can create a 1-touch App on the device of your email workflow.  Log in as the System Administrator at the device.  Select the Email App and set up your workflow.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen and save as a 1-touch App.

Hi all,

im looking for a solution to have a "predefined Scan to mail Settings profile" for only a certain email.

We have a system which can recieve emails with a attached Scan, as long as the Scan is a Tif with some setting we can specify at our Altalink.

Now i can define this settings as the default settings for the email app but i want this to be easy to use for a classic PDF Scan.

I look for a solution similar to the Scan-Workflow we allready use to store scans on a SMB-Share where i can specify custom settings without impacting the default mail settings.

In the Scan Workflow i cannot find a setting to specify email as a output. The email is always the same, so no need to be customized by the user at the touchscreen.
