Problem: When we do a scan job not able to check quality right in front of printer.
Current Approach: After Scanning, sitting infront of computer and verifying the documents inline with the hard copies by going through them again.
Expectation : If there is a provision in the printer display which can allow operator to verify the scanned copies soon after the each job, Operator may not be required to go through them since he did a moment ago. Efficient quality check could be achieved by saving more time.
Solution: In order to define custom workflow for scanning jobs to achieve scan QA reliably, Scan to Tiff first and dispaly all images on screen with operations like Rorate, Delete, bundle into PDF etc. Doing all operations are very easy but the complexity is lagging in reading the tiff images produced by printer. also printers are not producing the output soon after each page scan as this is a delayed process.
Note: we are ok to add an extra dispaly unit sitting next to the printer with touch facility to the operator if not possible with the buit in display.
Other solution is enabling EIP ( our printer are FX4112,APC5400,PC560,APC5540 also few Konica make) and design workflow with the built in display but this is not possible since all of our MFP are not EIP enabled also doesn't work for KONICA machines.
If some one points this into a right direction I appreciate.

I had searched for it everywhere in forums through google. I hope might have to choose other support modes if not this helps me here.
However I wanted to know a clue to develop our own application to manage rather than investing huge money over softwares that fujixerox sell. I know there may be some tools for this but pretty sure would be expensive and doesn't work with Konica machines. So we are in process to come up with our own designed solution.
