Yes, thought about it, but they've been doing Scan to Network for so long, it would be difficult to get them to change. Once they scan, it goes into a private network folder.
I'm just looking for a way, when a name isn't selected, i can direct that scan into a different folder, instead into the root of the /scans folder.

Have you thought about having these users do Scan to Email?
Scans being comleted on a D95 copier/printer. There are many users setup on this printer and scans go into a specific folder when a user selects their name from the Scan to Network list. How can we set it up, if no user is selected, to have it go to a specific folder? Would changing the "Default Template" accomplish this? Or, would changing this template also change each users specified folder?
