It used to work until today. :smileysurprised:
I have 2 Xerox 7556 devices. On one, Workflow Scanner creates the pdf in our network only if we change the default filename. i.e. the Xerox default is shown as DOC.
When I scan, it doesn't seem to show any errors.
When I check the folder, the pdf isn't there.
If I change the filename such as DOC_TEST, the scan makes the pdf in the folder.
I shutdown the 7556, including the Fiery. Then restarted both.
Can you assist, please?
