Scan duplicate files

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi all,

we bought 3 printers to our company. One printer is doing a weird bug. When someone scans a document, that document is saved at 2 or 3 copies. Time is same at all documents, name of document is sometimes same,  sometimes has 001 at the end... Content is same at all files. New FW and SW instaled. Any suggestions?exampleexample

Hello Jarinek, 

Since your printers are new they should be under warranty for support, I would suggest calling into the support department at 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100 to speak with a specialist.
