Scan format issue

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

When I scan an A4 document (21 x 29,7 cm) from a PC with Windows 10 scan application, whatever PDF, JPEG, PNG, ... modes, I obtain in the PC a doc in too large format. With Acrobate reader, I need to set at 30% reduction to have the entire page. I have setted the printer, in scan settings, at A4 format : what can I do more ?
