Thanks, I have found the same thing. They are completely useless. They suggested I replaced the Bias Roller, which is part of the print assembly, even though the problem is obviously a scan issue, not a print issue!

The sostitution of CIS out of warrenty was unconvenient so I buy another one.

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi there, I have a problem with a 3335 during both scan and copy: the central part of the scan present a strange band as you can see in the image.

This is a scan on the glass with the top cover opened.

Is that the lamp, the flat, the board or what ?
