If the test on the web page works but it gets deleted at the printer itself,  make sure the device e-mail on the tab where you put the smtp server:port is the same email address as the "default from" address

Scan jobs are immediately deleted

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer

On my Altalink B8155, all scan to email jobs immediately return failed - Job Cancled by User.

I have tested the SMTP configuration multiple times on the Web UI and it is sucessful every time So it isn't a server or credentila error. 

How do I stop this?
