Hello,
Thanks for your response. I followed the workflow you linked. This worked within certain bounds. I could confirm, that the printer says paperjam, when it reaches the expected document length. I could extend it to 316mm iirc.
Unfortunatly, my receipt is 420mm long. :)
thanks and kind regards, Stefan
Hi Nonipepe,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Your assumption is you may be correct, but please take a look at this article in the online support for your printer. Make sure you have the correct firmware for your machine as noted in the article. I do not have a WorkCentre 3655 available to test this on so you should give it a try and see if you can select a custom scan area that works with your receipt. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hello,
I would like to use the paper feed (not the glass surface) to scan a receipt. After about the length of an A4 page the printer tells me something is stuck in the feeder.
So my assumption is that the maximum document length is an A4 page.
Is this assumption correct?
Can this limit be lifted to support scanning 30cm long receipts?
thanks
