Re: Scan multiple pages from glass into one file Phaser 3635

Hi matw,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

This forum is intended to provide assistance by users for users with questions about their equipment,

Sometimes we engage a Xerox support resource when a reply has not been provided.

The solutions provided are not from any design or manufacturing divisions but you can contact your local Xerox office and discuss your options. Contact Xerox here.

There may be newer equipment that can do what you need, but this device was developed long ago, released in 2008 and no longer sold after 2010 so it is not likely to have new firmware.

Thank you again for your business and I hope you can find one of our newer innovative products that fits your needs.

Re: Scan multiple pages from glass into one file Phaser 3635

Hello Eric.

This is not right solution. Make a copies of documents uses lot of a paper :(

What about add this feature (job build) to next firmware update? Is it right way or not?

Thank you!

Re: Scan multiple pages from glass into one file Phaser 3635

Hello M.

Unfortunately this product doesn't have a job build option for scan to email or network. Your customer will need to make copies of the bound documents first then scan them through the document feeder.

Scan multiple pages from glass into one file Phaser 3635

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello

We have some bounded documents, that we cannot scan from document feeder. Only from glass. We need scan this documents into one file as a one pdf/tiff/whatever format.

Is there any chance to scan this type of documents from glass? I don't care, if these documents will be scanned into email, or into share via network scanning.

We have Phaser 3635MFP.

Thank you for support.

M.
