i install Xerox print and scan experience software for use scan to PC option for my Xerox B225.
After i use scanning option normal ha pend that when i open a program after week or a month suddenly disappears the icon for scan.
I uninstall the printer and program. Then reinstall again everything. And the function of scanning was there for some time and working OK. Then after a month or Two the function disappeared again?!
This happens about every month or two. I purchase the printer mostly for scan documents and bills and print occasionally. Have any solved this problem.
Also the first time when i install the software this printer doesn't wok. So i contact support in they suggest that i reinstall everything and this solve the problem for some time.
It have no sense that i must reinstall over and over the same printer and software.
I use Microsoft Windows 10 home. I regularly install Windows updates.
