ah ok,

but this firmwares helps if you forward the fax to mail scans... then it disables the print report everytime a fax is received

  Yeah Fabian! Thank You for your reply BUT all we had to do is to disable one option:

Properties - Default template - Scan Options - Confirmation Report

yeah , you need to load a new spar firmware , contact your local support to obtain the latest spar release

Hello, Our 3635MFP when scanning to PC (thru server) every time prints a report - scan is OK

We couldn't find how to switch off this function. It has used a lot of paper....:smileysad:
