Hello o.s.hakan,

I searched the knowledgebase and the user manual (page 14, 23) and the resolution is listed as 600x600 dpi so I don't think the device can scan at any higher resolution regardless of the application you use.

Scan resolution capacity of the flatbed scanner of Phaser 6180 MFP?

Product Name: Phaser 6180MFP
Operating System: Not Applicable

Dear all,

When initiating scanning from the printer's panel, 6180 MFP/D has four preset scanning resolutions to chose from; 150x150, 300x300, 400x400, 600x600

But, when using a scanning application to scan from the PC, what is the 6180 MFP/D's flatbed scanner's actual (physical) scan resolution capacity?

600 dpi? 1200 dpi? 2400 dpi? 4800 dpi?
