It's all good now, I ended up resetting the machine to factory defaults and reconfigured from the beginning.

Hi RPacion,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Yes, SMTP should probably be set up in order to send emails.  Please see the User Guide for your device. You can also check for solutions on the online support pages for your device.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 7

The user advised what the machine doing, found the machine not sending email in any of the email addresses, instead of showing some messages that "recipient in a domain that is not allowed is specified". Rang customer IT and he advised that all the settings are the same from some other machines, assuming that the problem is from the printer itself. Logging in to the machine web interface and found that the SMTP server-status was not connected. Wondering that this might be the reason why the machine not sending emails.

Can anyone advise what could be the possible problem?

As it was working before and just suddenly stop.

Cheers Guys
