Thanks for replying but No, we haven't resolve the issue. Already try different combination based on the KB. Is there any fixed configuration from FujiXerox if we want to use O365 SMTP server (smtp.office365.com) for scan to email setup? or is there any firmware update that we can applied because we saw some post on the community that this issue can be resolved by updating the firmware but for different printer model

When using the 'scan to email' function on the device, device throwing error (027-777): Server un-suppports SMTP-AUTH. We cannot find any setting on the printer to enable “TLS/StartTLS” and we cannot use/configure connector on O365 as per company policy.
Seeking suggestions. Thank you.
