I have a customer I am installing a Primelink for. Scan to Email works fine except that as soon as you scan, the To address field clears itself. The customer would like it to hold until they clear it or after a given time like 5 min or so. I have gone through the Walk Up UI and Web UI and cannot seem to find anything to change it. Am I missing something or is there a way to adjust it to what the customer wants? Is it working as intended?

In the Printer Settings area, click Additional Settings, and then click Open Embedded Web Server. In the Scan Settings area, click Scan to Email, and then click Begin Scan to Email Setup.
Here is how you change the behavior to not clear the recipient immediately after sending an email.
At the panel press Login/Out
Enter the following exactly as you see it (including the asterisk): *1036149891
Press enter or next in the upper right corner of the screen.
The machine will reboot and it will no longer clear the email address after sending the email.
