Hey blackbaron,

Have you verified your network settings are correct (TCP/IP, Gateway, DNS, Subnet Mask) - also, make sure IPv6 for DNS is disabled (if this is an option on that model). What SMTP server and port number are you trying to connect to - does it require encryption? Also, what firmware is your machine currently on?

Hello again,

after moving and testing out another email and web hosting provider alfahosting.de I am not able to get the Scan to Email to work properly on my Xerox WorkCentre 7535. All settings are correct.

Error printout page indicates ... cannot connect to SMTP network server.

This is really annoying.

Scan to Email failure

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hello,

after moving to a new email and web hosting provider all-inkl.com I am not able to get the Scan to Email to work properly on my Xerox WorkCentre 7535. All settings are correct.

It says cannot connect to SMTP network server on the printout.
