Scan to email results in the following error:
"completed with an error (017-714): Smtp over ssl failed"
Using our email provider, Rackspace, we have been able to scan to email on other printers, but for some reason this Workcentre won't handle it.
017-714 is an encryption error, usually means something is not supported, so I would guess you are on launch firmware and the mail server uses SHA-2.
Update the firmware, change nothing and try again
