I would like to ask you for a help! Could you please tell me what is the best way to configure Scan to Email option on a Xerox printer model 7845 I want to perform this function on my Windows Server 2012 R2 (where all my domain users are). Please if its possible to provide me the steps with pictures included. Thanks in advance!
You provided nothing to work with so what you are requesting is impossible
On the Xerox side of things you would simply go to:
CWIS > Properties > Connectivity > Setup > SMTP (Email) > Edit
Every single thing after that relies on the server, which is yours, and if you don't have it, the machine can't send an email, if you do have it, what I just provided is all you need.
If you need help with a fault , post the fault, and what you have done, because we (and certainly not I) am not here to make documentation for you.
