Scan to Email set up

Product Name: WorkCentre 3615
Operating System: Windows 11

I am attempting to set up the scan to email function to scan directly to my work email. I requested the server info, but still getting network error code 016-790. 

below is what I used for my attempt. 

Sender Address (From): primary email address

  • SMTP Server: mxa-0017a502.gslb.pphosted.com OR

mxb-0017a502.gslb.pphosted.com

  • Port: 587
  • SMTP Authentication: user.name@web.lpl.com & email password
  • SMTP Encryption: auto, auto-select, or starttls

any ideas?
