I changed my email hoster and updated all entries correctly on the Xerox machine.
Scan to email no longer works. I canˋt manage the printer to send the test email
via the web interface. All settings are correct.
Has anyone made experiences with smtp.ionos.de so far?

Got it.
SMTP Login credentials applied to e-mail jobs sent from the machine's touch interface.
( Radio button ) System
SMTP Login credentials for the machine to Access the SMTP Server to send automated emails (e.g., E-mail Alerts, Fax Forwarding).

For the tab SMTP worked for me now. Gosh, that was a long hard stony way. Finally,
√ Duplex printing with crop marks on all trays A4, A3, SRA3
√ Workflow scanning to SFTP directory
√ Scan to Email using pre-defined address book entries
√ Colormatch prints with Colorsync on A4, A3, SRA3. Plain and glossy paper
√ SSD drive for faster print job handling
√ Firmware downgrade
√ Software Verification Test on printer
Job done.

Hello,
is there a way to disable the "Add Email" address in "Scan to Email" on the printer's touchscreen?
Is there a way to disable the "Editing" mode by choosing an email address from the address book?
I only want the email addresses I have specified in the address book. Manual entries should not
be possible.
Is there any way to achieve this via the printer's web admin interface?
