Is there an error code? What firmware level is the WC5325 on currently?

Is anyone having scan to email issues with the work center 5325? Had the board replacent since Xerox thought that may have been the issue, didnt fix anything. My IT department has tried to also figure it out but no solution. The Xerox rep that replaced the board said the machine was perhaps to old and most likely nothing would work.
