Hi RickHK,

It may require to update the firmware. I have a customer with the same issue and I'll check after updating the firmware if the issue is solved.

I searched the documentation and could not find anything on this message staying on the screen after a scan. I would recommend contacting the Customer Support Centre. The contact options for your device are listed HERE.

Scan to Folder Processing Message remaining on display after successful scan

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Good day!

I have an issue when scanning to a folder with my Altalink C8070. It is currently run on firmware version 101.003.069.20900.

My users scan to their personal network folder(WIndows Server 2012 R2) and then they retrieve the scanned document from said folder.

Lately when they scan, they don't get any errors, but the machine seems to be stuck on the processing screen

1 of 2 things will then happen-

1)The Processing message will remain on screen, but the user will have their scan in their personal folder, or

2)The message will eventually disappear on it's own.

We have not made any changes to our set up, they only thing we did is install the last firmware update on the 8070.

Has anyone else encountered this?
