Your firmware (5/14) needs to be upgraded to support SMB v2, v3.
Firmware is customer installable or you may call Customer Support for Assistance. Please follow this link to the instructional document that has links to the firmware upgrade. You will be upgrading from 072xxx to 073xxx.

I searched our online knowledgebase, and found these steps that may help you set up Scanning to SMB.
Hello, we're trying to setup scan to folder on a XEROX WorkCentre 7845.
The client has a new server where SMBv1 is disabled.
Another scanner onsite works fine with the same setup.
The Xerox is currently running firmware 072.040.004.09100. Does anyone know if this supports SMBv2/3 as it's not very clear?
