"Unable to start" and "can't scan" are simply not enough, I'm sorry, but you will probably need to call Xerox and get phone support or pay to have someone go to your location to set it up for you.
The error is : Enabler to start job
We can only help if you supply the fault you get when you try.
But, update to the latest firmware is always step one in scan issues.

I want scan to my HomeDirectory (ActiveDirectory)
When I scan, I see my HomeDirectory, but the scan does'nt works..
