Hi ErrolS, I'm glad you wsere able to resolve you issue and I appreciate you posted the resolution.

I have resolved this issue.
If you are using Windows ignore the user manuals instructions to utilise forward slash. It is also best to use the PC name rather than the IP as DHCP may change that. So the path will be \\MyComputer\XeroxScans where XeroxScans is a shared folder.
Something else I discovered is that if you have a firewall it will reject access unlessyou use a valid user and password, even though you are offered the option of "Not Required".
I cannot get the scan to Network to work. No matter what I try it returns "Network Folder Error - Shared folder not found on server". I have done the following;
The folder is on c: drive and the path in Windows is \\MyLaptop\XeroxScans
The user manual (useless) states forward slash, so I tried //MyLaptop/XeroxScans - no success. I then tried substituting the name with the IP, so, //192.168.1.100/XeroxScans - no success. I also tried //192.168.1.100/c$/XeroxScans.
Anyone have any idea of what this path statement should contain?
Regards
