I have a WorkCenter 6505N. It has been configured to scan to a shared windows server 2012 R2 folder. But it fails to scan and save the file on a shared server location.
This It was working fine until we got a new server.

I'm able to browse \\192.168.45.100\Scans
Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials
Share perissions - Everyone - full access
NTFS permissions - Everyone -full access
Ports 139 and 445 are open on server's firewall.
I get an error on screen:
SMB Error -Server not found Error 031-528
|Send To Computer||Cancelled||Scan||0|
It doesnt work if I pu down the username and password I have created aswell.
