The code indicates no connection to an SMB service at the IP address it is scanning to (Or host name)
So, check the scanning setup and confirm the IP/Hostname is still valid for the device the scan is going to.
Assuming Windows, click the start menu and in the search field type \\192.168.1.100 <replace with your scan to IP>
You should get a window showing all folders available for scan to PC (If you are prompted to login, make sure you use whatever the login is set to for the printer). Verify that whatever share is setup in the printer is visible at this point, if it is not, you have your problem found.
It could also be the port is wrong, generically speaking , SMB is done on port 139 up to Windows Vista, and then it is 445 for Windows 7 and up.

Scan to pc is still working on a konica photocopier

This was working but after the server died we got a new server that booted up with the old harddrives so nothing should have changed
