Hi Ron,

    Direct scanning to a computer or to email is possible on the Workcentre 53xx series, but both features are an optional purchase. If you see icons that say 'Email', ScanToPC, or Network Scanning on the home screen than those features have been activated. They can be activated and the icons hidden though. To check for those hidden icons you need to login at the panel as the administrator (admin/1111) and Press Machine Status->Tools->Common Service Settings->Screen/Button Settings. In there you can touch to add a service icon and if any of those 3 icons show up than they can be added back to the home screen. Direct sending is definitely recommended if possible on this model. There is a TWAIN/WIA driver available on the Xerox Support site but you'll have to change the Platform dropdown on the site to Windows 7 to see it because it's from 2011. After getting the driver setup you'll still need an application to scan into. NAPS2 is a solid freeware option for that.

Will a workcenter 5330 scan a document to a pc?

If so,  is there a utility or driver for this?

An application?

My printer will print and copy fine but I haven't been able to find a utility or application to scan a document to a pc?
