i can't turn on scan to pc in advanced settings of xerox pr manager, because i have message "this scan ID is already use" when i was try to use another ID i have message "you have the limit to use more ID" or something like that. how i can clear this list? how to reset to factory settings? reset network settings didn't help
I would recommend first checking that the Scan to PC is set up correctly.
Hello. I cant scan to pc from xerox panel. message on display "not avaliable". Re install xerox easy printer manager doesnt help. also i have limit to new scan id. how i can to clean this list????????
