Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the latest firmware and the latest scan driver for your WorkCentre 3335/3345. You can find them here. If upgrading the firmware and scan driver does not help please consider contacting your local support centre.

Scan to PDF

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

My office recently purchased a WorkCentre 3335.  We are only getting the option to scan the file type as BMP, JPG, PNG and TIF.  We would really like the option of scanning as a PDF.  Xerox scan (2).pngAny help would be appreciated, thanks!
