Hi Khateeb,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are following all the steps for scanning.  If you are following the directions then delete the scanner from the computer and then reboot your pc and reload the current scan driver and try again.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

I am using Xerox Docucenter SC2020 Scanner i am trying to scan to PDF but its not showing the PDF option, how can i scan into PDF format please help to solve this issue
