If you have not already resolved this issue, please take a look at the solution for creating templates.  You would need to have a template for each department pointing to the correct shared folder.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi.  We have a Workcenter 4260.  We can scan to network folder and it work perfectly.  I went to configure an alternate destination folder.  When I chose this folder, it send a copy in booth folder.  Not good.  I want to be able to scan to Finance OR to HR.
