Scan to computer USB not working Workcentre 6025

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025

Hello everyone,

 

I recently bought a Workcentre 6025 but somehow scanning to my computer isn't working. Everytime i try I get a timeout error (017-988). The printer is connected via USB and i'm using Windows 10. I also have Express Scan Manager installed.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
