Re: Scan to desktop errors

Sorry for the post. After trying just about everything we later realized that the operator of that computer had changed their Microsoft Password. So that was the only problem. Once we enterered the correct password it worked fine. Thanks for help, sorry for the post.

Re: Scan to desktop errors

Questions:

1. Has this destination computer always been Windows 10?

2. Is this SMB or FTP?

3. Has the destination computer password or IP address changed recently?

Re: Scan to desktop errors

Hi DickViti,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If it is the same document, power off the WorkCentre wait a full 2 minutes. Power the printer back on.  Try to scan a different document and see if you get the same error.  If it still happens double check your share settings on the PC.  If this does not resolve the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Scan to desktop errors

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Scan was working to multiple desktops. Now I am getting an error message to one desktop - after scanning it reads "Completed with errors" - I have tried to change destination to another desktop and still get the same message. Any suggestions? Thanks,
