Sorry, is there a Xerox device of some sort that is part of this equation? It sounds more like an issue with how the headers are done in Exchange and not related to a Xerox device since it is the server that has changed, and not the un-named but assumed to be involved Xerox device
We recently update our exchnage to 2013. Since that change any mail sent is passing the the display name of the mail box.
This is causing an issue with another application that is reading these emails. As it has a strict character limit.
As an example the scan to e-mail is passing wynn, marvin <mwynn@edmc.ed> instead of mwynn <mwynn@edmcedu>
