just FYI, below is a very important piece of information that helped on the resolution of this problem.
If you have not already resolved this issue, you might want to contact your support and see if they can help you with this issue. Have you made sure that the machine is updated to the latest firmware?
57xx device with authentication enabled. User1 login > performs scan to email > Logout.
Expected behaviour is that even if user1 logout, the device would still complete the job on the background. This is not happening.
Couple of other users login.... never used Scan to email feature, but used other features such as copy or print.
User2 login > performs scan to email. >> At this moment we can see on the device reports that scan to email job from user1 completed. (we can have a job submission date and complete date with difference of days..). User2 email job completes but attaches user1 scans into it.
So I believe we have 2 behaviours to analyse.
1- why is the job being pause until someonelse uses the same feature
2- Why is the scan to email workflow allow job attaching its contents to another job.
Has anyone has any thoughs ideas or experiences?
