Scan to email - SMTP error

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I am having issues with scan to email on our B215. I've inputted the settings for 365 SMTP but the only thing that stands out to me that isn't something I typically see is the server domain field. I've looked through a few other threads but nothing related to the B215 and checked network settings and date/time. Any ideas?
